We are aware of the error "your live has fallen" and a way to resolve this for those who transmit via cell phone is by changing the DNS settings of your device. Below we will teach you how to do this on devices with iOS and Android connection.
1. If you are using an iOS device (iPhone):
Open the "Settings" screen, and then click on "WiFi". Next to the desired connection, click on the icon to access its settings (an i with a ball around it);
Click on "Configure DNS" and then change from Automatic to Manual;
This is the main part of the modification. In the DNS that is already configured, change it to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 in the field that appeared. Then, click "Save" in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. If you are using an Android device:
On the "Settings" screen, access the "Connections" option. Tap on the name of your network in WiFi. Now, in the new screen, hold on the name of your network until the option “Manage network settings” appears;
Check the option "Show advanced options", and in "IP Settings" change from "DHCP" to "Static";
Scroll down until the DNS options appear. And, in “DNS 1”, enter 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 and save it afterwards.
